Described as “The Ramones holding Van Halen hostage with an arsenal of fireworks and explosives,” Diarrhea Planet is a six-piece rock-n-roll band from Nashville, TN. Originally formed in 2009 by drummer Casey, guitarist Jordan and former guitarist Evan, the band quickly decided to flesh out their sound with the addition of a 3^rd guitarist (Brent) and a bassist (Mike). After the original Evan jumped ship, the boys decided to fill the vacancy with the addition 2 more guitarists — Emmett and Evan number 2.

Diarrhea Planet has built an army of loyal fans in their native Nashville, thanks in part to the exhaustive number of live shows they’ve played in the last couple of years. Of course, the fact that the band actually rocks doesn’t hurt either. One might imagine any number of things upon hearing their name, but whatever preconceived notions may arise in your head, prepare to have them quickly dispelled when you push “play” on a Diarrhea Planet record. Simply put, these guys are bringing old school rock-n-roll back to life.
