Savannah Stopover 2018 Digest Week 5

It's hard to believe we're just two weeks out from the 2018 Savannah Stopover Music Festival! We're starting to see some bands hit the road - a road that will lead them right to our front door - and lots of others are releasing new music ahead of their upcoming tours. In fact, we have lots of new records to discuss in this week's news along with lots of info you need about the festival too. Let's get into it:

2018 Stopover Ticketing Office

The 2018 Savannah Stopover Ticketing Office will be located at 112 West Congress St. Conveniently located in the middle of all of our venues, the office is next door to Savannah-favorite Sorry Charlie's Oyster Bar.  The office will open at noon on Monday March 5th, and will open daily after that until the end of the festival. Please remember ALL ticket holders must visit the ticket office to redeem their ticket for a festival wristband BEFORE attending their first Savannah Stopover show.  Hours for the Ticket Office are posted on our Tickets page

***LOW TICKET ALERT***  There is a very limited quanitity of VIP passes remaining for the 2018 Savannah Stopover Music Festival. If you are interested in purchasing a VIP pass, we suggest you do so now. 

New Music Friday

What a week it is for new releases from 2018 Savannah Stopover Artists!  The following records and EPs all dropped today:

  • Ratboys - GL

New Video From Wild Child

On the heels of the release of their new record Expectations last week, Wild Child debuted the video for the song "Think it Over" on Billboard this week. The video features a super-fun retro party theme! Take a look: 

Welcome Back Gaslight Group!

Our friends at the Gaslight Group have been involved with the Savannah Stopover Music Festival ever since day one, and we are thrilled to have them back as a sponsor for another great year in 2018. They've been feeding Stopover bands in our hospitality area for the past few years, and will be doing so again this year on Saturday night!

In addition, we're hosting three Secret Shows at Gaslight Group locations during the 2018 festival:

  • Thursday 3/8 - 10:30pm at East End Provisions 420 E. Brougton St.
  • Friday 3/9 - 11:00pm at East End Provisions 420 E. Brougton St.
  • Saturday 3/10 11:00pm at B. Matthews 325 E. Bay St.
